Your user name is your member number (the member number is on the back of your member card).

• Example: If the number on the back of your member card looks like this "0 42000 25578 7", your user name is 25578. 
• Example: If the number on the back of your member card looks like this "0 42000 03464 3", your user name is 3464. 
• Example: If the number on the back of your member card looks like this "0 42000 00475 2", your user name is 475. 
• Example: If the number on the back of your member card looks like this "0 42000 00012 4", your user name is 12.

Your password is the last name on your member account.  It must exactly match what we have on file.
